One-on-One Coaching
Sometimes you need direction, motivation, and accountability in order to improve your life.
One-on-one, bi-weekly coaching sessions by video chat, phone, or in-person last for 1 hour. Complete Coaching Packages include a minimum of 2 sessions.
I am not a counselor or therapist; therefore, if a need for one arises, then I will refer you to a licensed medical/clinical professional.
